Meet Pauline Graham
PK’s Golden Flavours™️ was founded by Pauline Graham, an educator, entrepreneur, author, and passionate home cook whose love for Caribbean cuisine began in her family kitchen.
Growing up, Pauline learned that food is much more than nourishment—it is love, culture, celebration, and community. Those cherished traditions inspired her to create a brand that preserves authentic Caribbean flavours while sharing them with families everywhere.
Every recipe reflects her commitment to quality, excellence, and bringing people together around the table.

Our Story
PK’s Golden Flavours™️ was born from a dream to share the authentic taste of Jamaica and the Caribbean with families everywhere.
Founder Pauline Graham grew up surrounded by the rich traditions of Caribbean cooking, where recipes were lovingly passed from one generation to the next. She discovered early that food is more than nourishment—it is culture, family, celebration, and love.
As she looked across the marketplace, Pauline noticed something that both inspired and challenged her. Authentic Jamaican foods are enjoyed and recognized around the world. The flavours of Jamaica have become so popular that businesses often use Jamaican-inspired branding because consumers associate it with bold, vibrant, unforgettable taste.
Yet despite this worldwide appreciation, many authentic Caribbean products remain difficult to find in major retail stores. Instead, they are often available only in small community shops, local markets, or homemade batches shared within neighbourhoods.
PK’s Golden Flavours™️ was created to help change that. Pauline shared her vision with Her daughter and business partner and together they started this company
